After working with me you will:
  • Understand why you go from being ‘really good’ with food to ‘falling off the wagon eating all the things’. 
  • Know and have begun taking the steps to overcome this cycle and balance your eating.
  • Learnt to notice and have begun to trust your body’s cues about what it needs to feel good (with regards to food, exercise and rest).
  • Have tools to quieten the inner mean girl who says your body isn’t good enough so you feel more at peace with your body and yourself.
  • Wear that beautiful outfit you keep stashed away at the back of your wardrobe instead of hiding in yoga pants and a tunic.
  • Order the meal you really want at the restaurant without a side of anxiety and guilt.
  • Relax and manage stress without turning to food.
